Adding Profile Requests

Screen shots are included in the comments herewith to step you through the process of adding Profile Requests.

Note: As a Club Administrator you are not adding Care Profiles - profiles are owned and managed by the parent/guardian. You are just sending a request to the parent/guardian to view the child's profile (or to the volunteer to view their profile).

To add profile requests one by one, begin by logging in to the Administration console and click on the blue "Add" button.

You will then have to choose between:"Add single profile request" and "Add multiple profile requests (or modify existing)" Choose "Add single profile request"

From a Staff Member: "What's the easiest way, or is it possible, to provide just the allergy information to the Clubs Catering Coordinator without ALL medical information for a child? Is it best to create a separate group for children with food allergies and provide the caterer with access to that group?" See responses in comments.
